Canine Assisted Therapy in Theory and Practice

In this book, written for the experts and the laymen, the employees of the PIAFA Association share years of their experience with implementing canine assisted therapy into social welfare services provided to clients of various ages. The book reveals what requirements a canine assisted therapy team must meet, introduces risks associated with this therapy and describes individual therapeutic methods and their positive effects.
